The Jurewitz Law Group Injury & Accident Lawyers represented a San Diego County probation officer from La Mesa who broke her knee cap after she tripped and fell over a garden hose that was stretched across the entrance way to a store in the Mission Gorge area of San Diego. The property owner knew that one of its’ tenants used the garden hose and would stretch it across the length of the building to use in its’ auto repair business.
