Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented 3L or post-bar law student to join our team as a Law Clerk / Case Manager. This dual-role position is essential to the smooth operation of our firm, providing critical support to our attorneys through both legal research and case management.

Key Responsibilities:

Law Clerk Duties:

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
• Draft legal documents, including memos, briefs, motions, and pleadings.
• Assist attorney with preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions.
• Review and summarize case law, statutes, and regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in legal standards and practices.
• Support attorneys in case strategy development and implementation.

Case Manager Duties:

• Manage and organize case files from inception to resolution.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of case activities and deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and other parties to schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances.
• Track and manage court filings and service of process.
• Monitor case progress and ensure all case milestones are met timely.
• Prepare and distribute case status reports and updates to attorneys and clients.
• Assist with the collection and organization of evidence and discovery materials.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a law clerk, case manager, or in a related legal position preferred.
